Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Whaler’s Locker, Inc. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for purchases made through our website.  These policies do not apply to purchases made in person at our storefront or any of our mobile popup locations.  

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping within the United States is calculated based on item value, size, weight, and destination.  These orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Items typically ship in 3-5 business days. Delivery estimates are typically 5-7 business days from shipping date.

Please contact us for expedited shipping.  Expedited shipping costs are based on current USPS shipping prices.  Overnight delivery is only available for orders within Hawaii.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Whaler’s Locker, Inc ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  APO/FPO/DPO shipments are shipped USPS priority mail and typically have a longer transit time than standard orders.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or text once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Whaler’s Locker, Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Whaler’s Locker, Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us so that we may assist in filing a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

All international orders are custom orders and need to be approved by our management.  International orders that are approved, are processed within 7-10 business days.  Not all of our items are allowed to be shipped overseas.  If you are interested in making a purchase, please contact us so that we may put a custom order together for you.  

International shipping prices will be calculated upon request.  International orders that are approved will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.  Shipping costs will be calculated based on current UPS or FedEx pricing.
