Did you ever think you would be able to wear a rare megalodon tooth around your neck? Well, now you can! Our Bone Valley Megalodon Tooth Pendant is sourced from a phosphorus mine in Bone Valley, Florida. The megalodon is the believed to be the largest shark to have dominated the oceans at least 2 million of year ago. Megalodon means "big tooth," and these sharks could grow up to 60 feet in length! The closure of the mines, unique coloring and high quality of this shark tooth, make it even more special.
The unique coloring of dark blue-grey with antique white accents is what makes Bone Valley megalodon teeth so unique and sought after. This tooth features powder grey root, white bourlette and the unmistakable Bone Vally colored crown. It measures approximately 1 1/2” from the tip of the tooth to corner of the root. The root of the tooth is about 1 1/4” wide. The bale is made from Sterling silver hard wire.
